H2 Hats Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to H2 Hats (“H2 Hats,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Exchange Policy explains the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, refunds, and damaged or defective merchandise purchased through our website. By placing an order with H2 Hats, you agree to this Return & Exchange Policy.

 

1. Return Eligibility

Most products purchased from H2 Hats may be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

·         The item is unused and unworn.

·         The item is in its original condition.

·         All original tags, labels, and packaging are included.

·         The item has not been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.

·         Proof of purchase is provided.

H2 Hats reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

·         Custom embroidered hats

·         Personalized products

·         Custom patch hats

·         Limited edition or final sale merchandise

·         Gift cards

·         Clearance items marked as non-returnable

·         Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care

Unless required by applicable law, these items are considered final sale.

 

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different:

·         Size

·         Color

·         Style

please contact H2 Hats before returning your original item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, at our discretion.

 

4. Return Authorization

Before returning any product, customers must contact H2 Hats to obtain return instructions.

Returns received without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Providing return instructions does not guarantee that a refund or exchange will be approved.

 

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

·         Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

·         Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

·         Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

 

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return results from our error or a verified defective product, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

H2 Hats is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact H2 Hats within 7 days of delivery.

When submitting a claim, you may be asked to provide:

·         Your order number

·         A description of the issue

·         Photographs of the product

·         Photographs of the shipping packaging

·         Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim

If approved, H2 Hats may, at its discretion:

·         Replace the product

·         Exchange the product

·         Repair the product, where applicable

·         Issue a refund

·         Issue store credit

 

8. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible.

If the error was made by H2 Hats, we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will arrange shipment of the correct product at no additional cost.

 

9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders returned because they were refused by the recipient or determined to be undeliverable may be subject to:

·         Original shipping charges

·         Return shipping costs

·         Applicable restocking fees

before any eligible refund is issued.

 

10. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchases may be subject to separate return policies or contractual agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, wholesale orders are generally considered final sale except for products confirmed to be defective or shipped in error.

H2 Hats reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases involving suspected:

·         Excessive return activity

·         Unauthorized resale

·         Misrepresentation of product condition

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2 Hats shall not be liable for:

·         Lost return shipments

·         Delays caused by shipping carriers

·         Damage occurring after delivery due to misuse or improper care

·         Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from returned merchandise

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
