H2 Hats is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to:

·         Missing apartment or suite numbers

·         Invalid postal codes

·         Undeliverable addresses

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

·         Notify H2 Hats promptly so we can assist with available claim procedures.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, H2 Hats cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
